Summary
• My mission is to empower patients, clients, and students with the benefits of integrative health, and help them apply this knowledge in a way that positively impacts their health and well-being. I have been teaching yoga since 2011 at numerous locations in Orange County, and I developed the curriculum and teaching manuals for the Orange Coast College Yoga Instructor Training Program, where I have certified more than 200 students since 2017. I specialize in therapeutic yoga, breathing techniques, visualization, and meditation. In 2022, I began teaching in the Orange Coast College Integrative Health Coach Certificate Program, which was initially funded by the Samueli foundation. I am team-oriented, client-centered, a problem solver, an active listener, and an adventure seeker. I look for new opportunities that challenge me, and I celebrate the successes of those around me.
